As of last night I have been having lower back pains but mostly on my left side.....I also feel like my uterus is getting tighter (and what mostly on my left side as well) so I HOPE it isn't contractions...I don't have a lot of experience with contractions bc I have never went into labor on my own. But I don't think contractions can only be on one side lol.

I am thinking maybe its just the baby balling up on that one side I just don't remember feeling the baby balled up on one side or another this early on.

Maybe it's bc my placenta is posterior (which I have never had before) so I may be feeling the baby more than I normally would.

It is probably braxton hicks. I get them a lot too. Totally normal to have at the point if this isn't your first pregnancy. My dr said as along as they aren't getting closer together or stronger or more than 4-5 on hour.

I know nothing about contractions and how they would feel so I'll let someone else chime in there. That doesn't sound like anything I've been experiencing, but I also have an anterior placenta so if it is placenta-related that would be why. I hope someone else has a more helpful response!

This is baby number 3 and I'm getting them a lot too. Sometimes they happen randomly, but I've noticed that when I'm dehydrated or stressed, they're worse.

I am no help either since I have never experienced contractions. My back does start hurting if I try and to too much in one day.

Hopefully its just braxton hicks.
