Go find yourself an osteopath and get to work!

I had back pain and such severe sciatica that I had horrible pain, weakness in one of my legs, and because of it have been having difficulty climbing stairs, bathing, getting dressed, plus I've fallen several times...well, I'm on my way to a cure. The osteopath has done his magic (no medication, minimal discomfort) and after only 2 visits, I feel somewhat functional again. As an added bonus, he got rid of my headache today.

I am so glad you are feeling better. I don't have sciatica yet. But I do have bad pelvic pain. I am turning to alternative medicine for my issues as well. I have an appointment with a chiropractor next week. Hope she can help me out.

If you don't find relief with the chiropractor, I hope that you'll consider an osteopath. I've come to learn that my pain actually is stemming from a problem with my hips, so that's what he's working on right now.
