I was talking to my gma tonight and she was asking how many outfits in each size we have...I'd have to count again (get out of bed to do so....haha) to post numbers but I was just wondering...how many of each type is "enough" for each size? (How many onesies/pants/sleepers/gowns/"outfits'' etc??)

Any ideas?

What I learned the hard way (but thankfully early!) was that it didn't matter how many outfits I had for E - I was going to put her in my favorite 6 or so 90% of the time. Anything I didn't OMG LOVE just went to waste.

I'll probably have 8-10 outfits and 10 gowns for this one. Once he's out of gowns, probably 8 or so basic onesie and pants sets for home and 8 -10 outfits in each size.
jensma and Anitha like this.

That really depends on the baby and how often you want to do laundry Some of my kiddos were really "spitty" and started teething at 2-3 months. I was constantly washing a load every day. My grandson hardly spat up or drooled and so wasn't constantly changed. 8-10 outfits/onesies /sleepers is what I have for Jace. For me nothing ever went to waste as I'm such a procrastinator when it comes to laundry...lol. Also Some things I was able to reuse from my 2 y/o Jaden. Bigger stuff just was too stained....

Ahhhh, haha. We already have quite a bit for newborn-6 months. I guess I should just start buying bigger if I "have" to shop

I was going through sorting stuff by sizes, and DH said "if you have 30 outfits in 0-3 months she'll only wear each outfit 3 times." Which, I know isn't necessarily true. But it was weird to think about

I probably already have way more than I need! From the clothes my mom and MIL bought.. plus the clothes I was given.. I think baby girl is set for a while!
