Anyone else getting leg or foot cramps??
They are hurting me so bad! My calves are so sore tday from them cramping up in the night.
I eat bananas, I don't know what else to do. I haven't gained much weight. I just weigh 135 started out at 114 which was 6 lbs too light.
Maybe I need to exersize more but it's soooo hot! I just want to sleep until baby comes. I'm 32 weeks today. Not too much longer!
Facebook friends are suggesting dill pickle juice.
My OB doesn't like me taking any extra supplements because he says they are easy to over do. Especially not knowing my vitamin levels currently. I guess I'll be trying pickle juice!
Try Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar. I was doing fine with them and started getting them again with a vengeance. I noticed that I had stopped taking the apple cider vinegar although I was taking it for something else.
FYI... this morning I was having a cramp in my right leg. I finally took some ACV and now the pain is gone!

Yes, me too. I eat bananas, am hydrated, etc. but still get them (just in my right calf). My doc says they are not like ordinary cramps, have a hormonal component, which is why regular remedies don't work.
