Haha, I seriously feel like I'm 90 years old in the mornings!

Is it just me or is anyone else having some severe hip and leg pain in the mornings? I find myself waking up about 4-5 times per night to turn onto my other side because I feel like I'm getting bed sores on the one side. But when I go to turn, I hurt....EVERYWHERE! And standing up to go pee? Ha, hopefully I dont have to pee that bad because it takes me forever to actually get up and out of bed because my hips, back and legs hurt so bad....my legs even feel like jello!

Anyone experiencing this?

Oh yes.. I don't want to move.. ever.

I pulled a muscle in my side AGAIN. Left side this time.. right side got better.. then my hips and tail bone started hurting.. now its my side. The pain travels!

I get up to pee a million times and its always torture. I lay there and whine about it, then I am scared I won't make it to the toilet

I asked the OB about all the pains.. and was told "its normal" So I guess we just have to deal with it for a few more months.

Ohhhh yay!

Yeah, I'm the same way! I whine and complain and wallow in the bed...and then freak out because I don't think I'm going to make it to the bathroom!

I know what you mean. Every time I get up its so uncomfortable and the first steps suck. Sometimes I avoid laying down or sitting all together because I know if I do either for any length of time that getting up will be a PITA.

Sleeping at night sucks. I am always turning from one side to the other, then when both sides hurt, I sit up and sleep. Then my bum starts to hurt, but by then its been a couple hours so I can go back to the one side and its fine. I get a few leg cramps, taking extra magnesium for that. And yes, peeing a million times a night, CHECK.

Sorry you're in so much pain! My legs haven't been too bad, but my hips are sore most mornings and I need to keep swapping sides all night to alleviate it. It stinks.

The other thing that's been bothering me in the mornings has been that my hands lose circulation easily. I'm not sure if I should be worried about it (it really depends on the angle I'm holding my hands at - typically when I'm laying in bed on my phone before I get up) but since it goes away once I'm up I'm assuming it's not a big deal.

Getting up is definitely a process some days, though!

yeah it sucks getting out of bed in the morning. Actually now I have noticed I sleep in the same position all night long and don't really turn on my other side at any point bc its too much work haha.

yep. When I get out of bed I would almost chuckle if I weren't so sleepy. I know I walk completely ridiculously trying to get to the bathroom. It's like I just have to put one foot in front of the other but I waddle REALLY bad and kind of walk without using any more hip action than necessary... totally like a penguin. LOL By the walk back, I can walk a bit more naturally as my old lady hips and pelvis loosens up. If I hit the floor running for some reason I'm afraid I would literally hurt something.

Rolling over in bed is also a pain (literally and figuratively). I have to be careful about how I roll lest I incite a terrible cramp in either my legs or the side of my belly OR hurt my pubic bone, or my hips/pelvis. It's a pretty slow, careful roll. lol

I feel like an old lady, too.

Wait until you have the baby and your hips literally pop and click out loud. haha At least, mine often do (not forever, but for a few weeks pp).

Might be pregnancy-induced carpal tunnel? Fairly common, but annoying. I haven't had it bother me much this time, but have in past pregnancies. It has to do with retaining some fluid around the nerves in your wrist/hands. I used to wake up in the night or morning with parts of my hands numb, sometimes only a few fingers. If there's numbness or tingling involved, that's probably it. I'd have to put my hand over the side of the bed and shake it and it would feel better.
