School ends in three weeks and then I'll be able to nest to my heart's desire! I know I've barely been on here, so here's a quick update on our little family.
I'm working full time at the moment in Nutrition Services at one of the major hospitals in the area, while also being a full time student summer term. Jake is working like crazy both at work and also in the shop. The crib is coming along beautifully! Work will be tapering off my hours in a couple weeks, and classes end mid August. That'll give me plenty of rest.
My dear friends are planning a shower for baby boy COLTON THOMAS at the end of August possibly early September. I'm hoping for a month or so of solid nesting
Little one is behaving just as he should, squirming away and dancing to his heart's content. I love every little jab he gives me. My body on the other hand is being a major PITA. Due to my SPD there are days where I can hardly move at all. If I do, tears well up and I'm hobbling wherever I need to go. Thankfully the ladies at work are helping me out, allowing me to switch duties with them when needed. Of course Jake is my absolute biggest hero, taking over housework and kitty duty at the drop of a hat.
That pretty much sums it up for now. Belly is barely showing still, people think I'm only 5-6 months pregnant. I'll try to post a picture in a few.
Glad to hear you're doing well!!! I can't believe how soon all our babies will be here! I'm majorly impressed that you are working and in school full time right now. Work is exhausting enough for me! lol. Glad you'll get to rest and have time to nest soon!
