I'm wondering if this has something to do with dropping hormone levels or something, in preparation for labor? (Please say yes. lol)

Is anyone else having hot flashes?

For me it seems to happen late at night when I'm super duper tired (kinda like now). Wonder what the dilly is?

I've been having them the past few months. Doesn't matter what time of day. It sucks.

I don't know about "hot flashes" but, I do get very hot at night. I have the air conditioner and the fan going.

I have been the opposite lately - I seem to get cold easier the last couple of days lol! Hopefully this is a positive sign for you though!

Yeah, it just started today and last night. Nick keeps turning the AC off. I am HOT. Especially when I get a strong BH, my face flushes really bad.

Same here, but since it's been happening for months now, I don't think too much of it. Hopefully it's a good sign for you though!

Not hot flashes, but just hot overall. I have been gradually getting hotter and hotter the last couple months. I have the AC and fan on at night and still sleep with no covers. Hubby is bundled up under a sheet, blanket and thick comforter.

I haven't gotten a real "hot flash" since I posted this. But I am definitely HOT lately in general, too. I tend to get the hot flashes when I'm really tired and I have been taking a lot of naps so maybe that's helping.

Yes, at times. As a matter of fact today I accused my hubby of messing with thermostat.. which he hadn't.. it's set on 71.. which is usually cold enough.. but I was really hot so turned on some fans..

I think it has to do with the increased blood volume.. in pregnancy your blood volume increases by 50%... which also explains the swelling... right now my feet look like puffy marshmallows.. its because of all the excess fluid in my system.. not to mention the sodium intake which makes it worse.

At night I sleep in as little as possible, cover myself just barely enough so I'm not completely bare.. and I have to have ceiling fan and floor fan on.. my husband sleeps in sweats and his robe sometimes lol... he hates it but he deals with it. He is looking forward to baby being born though saying that I can't have fans on with baby in the room (true, your not supposed to).

The joys of pregnancy!
