So I suppose I won't go into labor tonight on the full moon... That would be too convenient. I just cleaned up the fridge a little, did all my dishes at midnight, cleaned inside the microwave, under the toaster hehe, vacuumed in the kitchen, bathroom, and swept in the living room (everyone's sleeping so I didn't want to get too close with the vacuum).
And ALL the laundry is washed. There is only enough dirty clothes for maybe a small load, if I really wanted to. The only thing that's bugging me a little is that I have about 4 loads of clean clothes to fold and put away. I kind of feel like getting it done right now except I know I will feel like my head is going to pop off with all that bending over. lol
Hopefully baby won't wait until my house is a dump again for me to go into labor. lol But that will be by about noon tomorrow. doh
Location: Where the grass grows and there's lots of rain & trees
LOL that was me last night... except my cleaning adventure focused on the kitchen... dishes, wiping down cabinets, cleaning stove. I also have a few loads of clothes to put away.. and have this pent up anxiety inside me that just wants to be unleashed to clean... but I can't give in yet because I have school papers that need to be done first... so that's what I've stayed up all night doing tonight... and what I'll be doing next few nights until papers are done... but within the week I have a cleaning spree planned... have until next Tuesday, which is when my C-section is scheduled.. can't wait!
A couple of nights ago, I was seriously considering butchering/portioning/freezing about 15 lbs of meat that we bought over the weekend at 12:35 am. I ended up waiting until the next morning, thankfully, but I definitely get the, "So what if it's late? I can totally do this right now."
*Cautiously and excitedly expecting number two - shhh, if we're friends on Facebook. *
I went on a cleaning spree last night too. Reorganized the play room and did tons of luandry, caused some nice contractions from 8:30-midnight but they fizzled out while sleeping. Didn't get my hopes up though that's happened before. I just thought if I had everything done like I wanted I would be relaxed and my body would do its thing lol
Skye, That's kind of how I feel. I think our psychological state can definitely affect when we go into labor. I think I'm really susceptible to my own emotions, so I want to try to keep up with the house work and all in hopes that I won't feel any impediment to going into labor.
Trying to tell myself that it's not essential that I get my new carseat cover before the baby is born. LOL It shipped on Aug 8 but it's going sooooooooooooooo slow!! It's still in freakin California! (I'm in NY)
I stayed up and got about 4 loads of baby laundry done. I'm going to put my new stroller together today and I will be all set. My house is a complete disaster, so that will be the next thing. The only problem is with this many kiddos it stays clean for about 5 minutes and it's right back to the way it was before, UGH!!!
I'm hoping for a burst of energy like that tonight after work! *fingers crossed* we have a lot of stuff to get done around the apartment soon. Our shower is this weekend and I have a feeling people will help us home with stuff, so I want to get as much done as possible before then. lol But so far, I haven't had any of these nesting bursts...
