In a few days, I'll have 5 months and some weeks to go. I have less than 200 days to prepare for baby, and my house is a wreck. My second baby's room isn't even finished yet. It's just storage. It stores toys, clothes, baby furniture I--thankfully--didn't give away yet, and old study decorations.

We want to to an addition at some point so this kid will have its own room, but I doubt we will get around to that for about 5 years. I am delaying figuring out what I need to do until I find out the gender. I figure if it is another girl all I need to do is wash some old baby clothes.

I plan to be super busy all summer. I'll be in my 2nd trimester, and I'll know the gender.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same boat. We are buying a new house and have to move. I still haven't seen the inside of the new house (don't ask) and we will not get to possesion until the first of June. It is currently a rental and we are kicking the current tenant out so I am sure we will have a loooong list of repairs to make - paint, carpet, serious cleaning before we can even think about moving in. Finger crossed I will be feeling great in my third trimester with an abundance of energy!!

We moved into this house exactly two weeks before I had my first. I loved it. I had everyone else doing the lifting, and I had been packing stuff for a while. Plus we lived in a small apartment so we didn't have a lot. Now I'd be scared to move. lol

My house is a mess as in it needs a good cleaning and some organizing, but I am so not up to it.
