I just feel absolutely horrible...super nauseas all day and I can barely stand for longer than 10 min without super nausea hitting...does anyone have any tips? Ginger ale...sour candy..and candy..crackers...nothing is helping :( acid reflux too I think so I'm not throwing up just yet

Honestly there isn't much you can do. Small snacks instead of eating normal sized meals helps. I liked watery fruit during the nausea phase. Watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, mango, etc. Fruit is good because it's mainly water which keeps you hydrated plus it puts sugar in your body. If your blood sugar gets too low that can cause nausea to become worse. Plus fruit is much better coming back out than many other things. I hope you don't have to deal with MS for too long, it's no fun

Watermelon is excellent for nausea. Acid reflux kind of sucks because of which combinations of foods can set you off. My mom has it normally, and she tells me about not mixing fruit with anything. Veggies can be eaten with meat, bread can be at a certain time... She doesn't like to take meds. Pepsid works for me.
If you have reflux, ask your OB for an Rx. Getting rid of the acid reflux will make you feel so much better.
