Soo since Dh is going away I've decided to join a gym! I need to get moving, but not to much since I'm already practically a snail with two legs!
We went to the gym today and walking on the treadmill was fine, but it aggravated my sciatica and I had to stop after 15 min.
Did the upright bike that was fine...
But the sitting bike, that one that is lower, made me have to pee with every rotation!!
So that made me wonder - what do ya'll do for exercise?? The gym I'm joining has a prenatal instructor so that'll be awesome when I get there but any hints will be helpful!
I'm also going to use the yoga classes
