When do y'all plan on starting cloth? For those that are planning to use it of course, lol. I know some start right away and others start after the first few weeks so I am just curious.
We are planning on starting right away, in fact dh says he only wants the baby in sposies while we are on the plane to and from Texas when we go on vacation. At first I was worried about meconium staining but from everything I have read says it actually comes out easier than breastmilk poo so I am starting not to worry as much.
I'm a FTM but I'm planning on using disposables for the first month just to get in the swing of things thn switching to cloth. My coworkers got me a cloth diaper service that delivers and picks up for 3 months after my disposables run out.
I'm not starting right away this time. I did with DD.
We will probably wait a couple months, depending on how quickly he gains. I have a big one size stash, but I also have prefolds and covers that should work after the first few weeks if I get the itch.

Planning to use disposables for the first month, then a cloth service for the second month and then will buy what we like. I've heard it makes sense to wait until they can fit into the one size diapers, as they're only in the newborn cloths for such a short period of time.
Waiting until I move out of my mom's. With 5 people in her house (2 under 11) right now I would feel bad using up the washing machine so much more than having a baby would already make me So 3 months? After than I hope to be 100% cloth!
Excuse me if my typing is bad There's probably a baby in my arms.
I will use sposies for the first couple of weeks again. My last one was a really skinnie minnie so it took a while for our os to fit well, I didn't buy any nb. I am sure I will have to add some more to my stash having 2 little ones in cloth.
We plan on using cloth from diaper #1. I have a NB stash and a OS stash. We have 34 NB diapers (not including 11 extra prefolds we will use as burp cloths) so I will probably bring the whole stash to the hospital since I have never CD'd before and won't know what the best fit is or anything. We plan on using liners until the meconium is passed just to be safe.
If I find that some of the newborns don't fit that great right away, then we will just use the ones we can and then use sposies at the hospital until we get home. This is my DH's first (and our last) biological child, so I don't want him to get used to sposies and then give me a hard time for using cloth. I'm hoping ignorance is bliss!
