I'm going through 5, 20 oz water bottles a day at work and who knows how much at home in the morning and evening!
I've seen everyone I work with in the bathroom the last few days, lol. The bathroom on our floor at work is currently closed for renovations, so I'm getting lots of exercise from walking up and down the stairs every time.
I'm pretty sure this is what is making me so hungry. My metabolism is super fast normally and all the extra water is making it extra efficient, add in stairs and that is probably a big reason why I'm so hungry all the time!
