The bloat happened before I even got my BFP and is still here now. This is normal for me, and by the time the bloat disappears, my belly is growing on it's own. All I can say is it's time to break out the stretchy pants!
Yes I had the bloating before I got my BFP too that's why I just "knew" was preggo, I have zero belly so when I get bloated it VERY noticable. My DH was like what the heck is going on, you look preggo already lol. Probably another reason I can't keep this a secret for too long.
I get bloated towards the end of the day, but for some reason when I am on progesterone I look less bloated than when I am not. Normally post O without progesterone I look 4 months pregnant - it sucks.

This happened to me so bad last week! A remembered that a friend of mine once told me to eat egg whites (if you can stomach the smell), a banana, and a safe herbal tea for breakfast with a big glass of water. I was skeptical but willing to try anything, and it works!! Also red grapes, avocado, almonds and zucchini have helped me! But warning, all of this will make you have to pee like CRAZY!!
I noticed it about 3 days before I got my BFP. And its still here. I feel like I look about 4 months already. The last few days- as soon as I get home I go take off my jeans and put on my yoga pants and its like AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
