I honestly dont want him at every appt, they are kinda boring and not worth taking time off work when he can use the time when baby arrives - esp the last month or so when you go every week. He is one that does want to go as much as possible but I will tell him to go to the 20 u/s and maybe 1 or 2 others.

We have some traveling SO's in this thread!

DH is coming to my first US/appointment this month, and likely will join me for the other US appointments. But he travels a lot for work, sometimes internationally and spontaneously, so he will be there as much as he can! Otherwise he can be flexible and come, work from home those days and make it work.

Given our history, he comes to ALL appointments.

Only the ones where an ultrasound is involved and then maybe one or two regular ones with my obgyn so he can meet her before delivery and also just see what I do all the time. No need to drag him along for a basic appt - my doctors are an hour away (near my work) from where we live, so it is a trek.

Pretty sure my SO will try to make it to all of my appointments. He has every Monday and every other Friday off, so it should be pretty easy to make appointments when he can be there. He definitely wants to go to the first one, and the one where they try to find the heartbeat for the first time. I don't think we will have an U/S, but if I do end up with one, he will definitely be there for that one.

He will go to everyone if possible... especially since they will all be scary for me since this is our rainbow baby.
