Right now I am just trying to eat a lot of omega-3 rich foods but I will be ordering supplements when I reorder my prenatals.

I take a fish oil supplement every night with my prenatal, but I adore sardines, so I am eating those like mad.

I think its in the prenatals I have ordered, but other then that I like tuna, does that count at all? lol

Juice, milk, oatmeal, eggs, kale, stuff like that. But maybe I'll pick up some salmon! mmmmm. We get a big veggie share this weekend from the farm so it looks like I'll be cookin' on Sunday!

Today I'm making a big mac and cheese for a friend who just had a baby - I'll pretend there are nutrients in there

I eat fish once a week while I am pregnant, no more because of mercury, I love fish and it will be lent soon, fish fry time!

I already eat a lot of stuff with Omega on a daily basis; flax seed oil, milled flax seed and chia seeds in my smoothie, lots of greens, homegrown sprouts (which is super easy to do and packed full of nutrients) grains, beans, quinoa (which has Omega 3 & 6). Plus its in my pre-natal vitamins. Even our red meat is grass fed. So I don't think I really need to change much in the food dept since we already eat this way.

We don't eat any sort of seafood at all.
I got pills for these... Flaxseed oil so they are nothing remotely fishy lol
