I already eat a lot of stuff with Omega on a daily basis; flax seed oil, milled flax seed and chia seeds in my smoothie, lots of greens, homegrown sprouts (which is super easy to do and packed full of nutrients) grains, beans, quinoa (which has Omega 3 & 6). Plus its in my pre-natal vitamins. Even our red meat is grass fed. So I don't think I really need to change much in the food dept since we already eat this way.
