I've been doing 15-20 minutes a day on the elliptical. Going slow because my midwife wants me to keep my heartrate under 140. Everyone else?

I JUST joined the gym 2 days before I got my bfp because I was sure I was NOT pregnant. lol I will continue to lift weights and do low impact cardio, watching that my HR does not get too high.

I took a prenatal pilates class last week. I also did a 10 minute pregnancy workout on Monday. Other than that, not much. I want to start working out more. Going to buy another pregnancy workout video.

Does chasing a toddler count? LOL

I am worried about doing my usual Zumba.. it's intense and I am plus sized so I am wanting to wait until I have my first appointment to see what they think.

I'm going to start Zumba. My midwife just told me to listen to your body and not overdo it.

I have been doing some pilates/fusion classes from our ondemand fitness channels. I would like to continue doing them or signing up for an actual class somewhere!

I love yoga and wanted to take some prenatal yoga classes. I also want to try to find a good prenatal yoga video to do days I want to stay home. I have a friend that teaches prenatal yoga from the area we just moved from - she's also an advocate of prenatal belly dancing, sounds really fun!

Walking and I just found a free prenatal exercise class, though the time may be iffy with work. I'd like to try prenatal yoga.

My friend was also belly dancer but when she got preggo she got into this lady: The Ancient Art of Belly Dance For Labor - YouTube
Its a little hippy'ish but my gf had a home delivery and actually did some of this and swore by it. I've never been through a delivery so just taking it all in. I would be curious what some of you think that have had babies.
