So I know everyone says cramping is perfectly normal. So I was wondering, does it go away after a while? Or does it last through the entire pregnancy? I'm hoping it goes away since I worry at every little pang, ache and cramp. Whats everyone's experience with this?
I don't remember too much cramping with my other pregnancies, and I only cramped a lot for the first few weeks with this one - I'm really grateful for that because I also have a habit of trying to analyze every single sensation.
Not bad, mild. Usually a day or two before AF I get light cramping so it makes me nervous, but its been this way for like three weeks. I haven't had any spotting in just over a week. Just wish the cramping would totally go away so I wouldn't be so nervous.
Only light cramping here. With my son, I had such bad cramps, at one point I called my doctor and begged her to sew my cervix shut. I was positive I was losing the baby. I think it lasted a couple of weeks. Definitely not the entire pregnancy. You will be uncomfortable in a whole slew of other ways later.
Cautiously expecting a little one sometime in June, and always remembering my 5 little ones that left too soon.
I've had those cramps twinges here and there, but nothing that is of too much concern. It's happened the 3 other times too. When I was losing our last baby the cramps were definitely different in which I just felt heavier down there like I do before I get my period too.

Each pregnancy is different. I never really had cramping unless I was having a M/c and it was very painful. With my pregnancies that stuck I start Braxton hicks very early, but it doesn't feel like worrisome cramps to me.
This time I have what feels like that ache all around like right before and at the start of my period. Plus on my right side I have intense pains that throb or burn on and off. I'm very afraid it's a tubal.
Thank you for posting, I've been concerned about the same thing. Had a loss just over 5 months ago after trying for 7 yrs...so I'm having such anxiety with this one. Every little cramp, pain, pinch... I'm worrying... <sigh> Hope it goes away.

It's always good to hear from the BTDT mommies about these worrisome symptoms.
I've had the cramps too. They've been on and off for the last week and a half or so, but they are much MUCH milder than anything AF would bring with her. It feels more like sore tummy after workout cramps.
I also have some cramps...just mild ones though. Two weeks ago I was getting them every night when I layed down to go to sleep, but now I am not getting them as much anymore. It's a rather weird sensation...I feel them, but they don't really hurt. Hope that makes sense. It's one of the only pregnancy symptoms I have left (besides being more tired some days) so I'm actually glad when I feel the cramps!
