I used to drink ginger ale when I was a kid when I would have a stomach ache. Of course, the ginger ale back then was WAY better than today. I've been drinking La Croix sparkling water with a lemon slice and some fresh ginger almost every morning the last few days and it makes such a difference for me! Get ginger, ladies!!!

I was just looking at ginger the other day at the store and wondering if I could make some sort or tea with it to calm my tummy.
