I feel like I'm always posting butt...
I caved into a sandwich craving today! I ended up getting it toasted twice and microwaving it at home which just made it taste weird (turkey tasted like bacon?) so I doubt I'll eat another one again...
What cravings have you caved into?
Will you eat deli meat?

MS just started kicking in a couple days ago and deli meat doesn't sound appetizing at all right now. But I was craving chicken alfredo and made it for dinner last night. I ate the leftovers today for lunch and I would still love to eat more!Wonder what dh would think if I made chicken alfredo for dinner again?

I ate deli meat today, too. I also cooked it first. Though, the risk is SO low, it's hardly worth worrying about.

I've eaten deli meat. The risk seems quite low. I kinda feel I'd go nuts looking at every risk like that. Though right now, I'm kinda off meat and craving veggies a lot.

Today I caved and made myself some mac and cheese with crumbled bacon and fresh diced tomatoes. It was heaven!

Deli meat heated is fine. But it worries me when people say "the risk is low". You would have no clue that you contracted listeria until you have a newborn who is sick and at risk for death. No matter how low the risk is, if I lost my baby to listeria, I wouldn't be able to handle myself.

And you can say you've had 100 pregnancies, and eaten it with every one and your babies were fine, but it doesn't matter. It just takes one instance.

(Not trying to be mean or harsh, this one just is my biggest pet peeve)
