So I called the advice nurse today for a few things and told her I already had zofran from having the flu in December...my questions to yall is did it work and is it really safe? I know she said it was okay, but I still freak out!
I have ondansetron 8mg is that a good amount?
I threw up bile today and it's making me actually sick in other ways to throw up so much! I'm weak

I have taken 8mg zofran around the clock from conception to delivery with all 5 of my pregnancies and all 4 of my babies are healthy and smart
With my Hyeremesis I have to take zofran or I end up in the hospital

I was just put on Zofran and it works great with me, I haven't been sick in two days because of the medicine. I was worried at first but its helpping so much I suggest taking it if sickness is already getting worse

I took it with my youngest but only 4 mg so it didn't last all day. Usually after my morning puke I'd take it otherwise it would be wasted.

I tried zofran with the last 3 pregnancies, I hoped each time would be different. The first day or 2 I feel better, then I started to feel sick all day I just don't throw up 4+ times a day maybe only 2, but I get horrible constipation. Here is the TMI...... we are talking such hard big poops that tear, get stuck, end up with me in HORRIBLE pain, bleeding, crying and feeling even sicker. Sadly the puking several times a day is better than that side effect.
