Melissa-thanks for the input, I really love Evangeline too, but I don't think SO would go for it as a first name.

Penelope Colleen for a girl and Lincoln Jay for a boy.

We choose family names for the middle names, Colleen is DH's mom's mom name as well and my godmother's name and Jason is my husband.

For a girl we both agreed we like Scarlet Ann (I first suggested Betty or Lucy and he shot them down pretty quickly lol).
We're still juggling around boys names.. I like Conrad and he likes Cash (middle name will be William, it's been passed down to all the boys in his family) Conrad is my great grandpas name so I'm pulling for it!

I love Athena for a girls name too, but my husband shot that down last time. I have not idea yet. I'll think I'll wait until I know the gender to really think about it.

I am loving so many of these names! I just started really talking to my SO last night about names and he said he is going to start making lists. I am really still leaning toward Basil, but have so many more now to bounce around.

Funny to see so many other Henry's on here. That's one boy name we've chosen along with Grant.

For girls, Elizabeth, or Clara, but love Aurora too!

I'm not sure I'll make it till October. I've been bleeding all day, but so far my hcg numbers are still going up. But in case I do stick around, and if the baby is a girl, I think I am going to name her Carmen. It was my grandma's name (and my middle name) even though its a Latin name, and she was norweign. My baby's father, however is hispanic, and always laughs about it being my middle name. So it seems perfect. I have no idea for a boy.

Does anyone else have some names picked out for both genders???

If I have a boy, DH really likes the name Luke. I love the name Eli.
And for a girl, DH like Abigail (Abby). I love Athena. - not sure what it would be like having a baby named Athena but it would be a very strong woman's name. =)

Anyone else pondering names this early???
I really like the name Luke! Athena is a beautiful name, I also like the fact that it's uncommon.

For a boy we picked the name Hadrian Orion. We don't have a girls name yet.

I think that is beautiful... but I have an affinity toward long names as my children are Caeden Everett and Sapphira Leeona...

This one if it is a boy will be named Micah Owen, we've had the name picked out for a boy since before getting married but for some reason when i was pregnant with Caeden it didn't seem right for him at all.

If it is a girl we have no ideas... DH suggested Summer and seems pretty set on it, but I"m not sold, I tend to like more classic names, and he tends to like more simple names.
