I had that with my pregnancy with DS. I am too scared to have sex yet since I found out I am pregnant. If I do, definitely no O for me. It was always my uterus contracting after that made me feel crampy and I know it is almost always harmless, but it feels extremely unsettling. Hope you feel better soon.

Hmm odd...I have been having cramping in my lower right abdomen today, and I O'ed last night too. I have been really worried too, and am going for ultrasound tomorrow to make sure I'm okay...but I wonder if you're on to something here with the orgasm thing? Immediately after, I got a strange pain in my lower abdomen and had to lay on my side for a while! Hmm...

That's seems to be a long time for it to last... I had it with all my pregnancies, but it only lasted maybe a half hour?

If your doctor isn't concerned I'd try not to worry about it.... but it'd try to stay away from o'ing if it concerns you.

Hope you stop cramping soon!

6 and a half weeks. I wasn't supposed to be seen for my first appointment and ultrasound until March 5 at a little over 8 weeks. I just was having such weird cramping today that I called to see what the doctor thought of it. He is having me come in for an ultrasound in the morning just to make sure it isn't an ectopic pregnancy. Crossing my fingers that it is nothing serious, but definitely going to worry until tomorrow's morning!

Hope everything turns out okay with you too! Keep us updated

Yes! I had totally forgotten about this til you just posted it. I had cramping after o with my first and it freaked me out!!!! Came to find that it doesn't last throughout the pregnancy and it is normal. I don't remember cramping for such a long time though. Can't hurt to ask.

I had cramping afterwards, and even sometimes it would come and go through the next day. It got so that I didn't even WANT to O anymore. It was worse with my first baby than with my second. I had it early on, and then not so much in the middle, and then really bad towards the end.
