How do you get woken up in the morings? Is it by an alarm, your Dh, your kids, nausea, or something else?

My nightly peeing schedule is around 11pm, 2am, and 5am, so I just stay up at 5am...

My alarm wakes me up here in Texas, in Hawaii it's usually Dh's alarm though since he goes to PT so early.

I had to pee multiple times, then SO's alarm went of at 3:55AM, then I had to per again, then my alarm finally went off at 7.

My 19 mo old's room is right across from ours so his crying wakes me up. Sometimes I will set my alarm for 4:30 am so I can get on the elliptical but lately the night nausea has been ruining that possibility for me

I'm up a lot in the night (even with our new mattress - sigh) and when it's light out and I'm already awake I just stay up. I used to be a night owl, but now I'm up at 6:30.

I have an internal alarm clock that always wakes me up between 5:30 and 6 am. My kids like to sleep so I wake them up at 7:30 on school mornings. I really like my peaceful quiet time in the mornings before the kids are up!!!

My internal alarm wakes me up at 5 am. I have to be out of the house for work by 6 am and I have done this for so many years that it is just second nature for me now.
