Today it just hit me that I'm going to have a newborn and a toddler.

I don't know how I'm going to do this.

It was so hard when my DD was first born. It took everything. And now, I have to do it again with another newborn, except with a toddler to also take care of.

Please, moms who've been there- tell me it's going to be okay!!!!? Tell me this is doable.

I'm so terrified. My DD sleeps though the night, we've got a routine and a life that I love. And now it's going to all change!!!

Okay Mama, BREATH! It'll be okay. I'm a mom of 3 already, this is #4 for me, and I've felt how you do. It's a very scary thought but YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT! It's not that terrible, actually. It's a lot of fun. Your DD sleeping through the night and your routine with her will probably alter but you CAN and WILL rebuild a new one to cater to your growing family. It's trying sometimes, I can't lie, but I can say that the good outweighs the bad every single time. Two times as much love, two times as many kisses, two times as many hugs, two times the adorable smiles, two times the "I love you"s. It's worth it in the end. The best advice I can give you is this: Don't ever forget to take some time out of your day to do at least 1 thing just for you. It'll save your sanity. If you have any spacific questions, feel free to message me or ask here. I'll answer and I'm sure a lot of other BTDT moms will too! I've got faith that you can and will do it

I am having my 5th, so I know how scary it can seem-but it will be fine! It's great that DD sleeps through the night. If the new baby wakes her up sometimes just simply go to her quickly and console her, then tend to the baby. DD will catch on quickly, trust me. The transition from one child to two will happen with more ease than you think.

Zoey was 16 months when Noah was born. The first couple of weeks were tough, but then you get into a routine and everything works itsel out. There will be days you will feel like a zombie and others where you feel like supermom.

Biggest piece of advice...accept help that others may offer.

for me going from 1 to 2 was a piece of cake.... thankfully my toddler still slept in and would take naps, I could take full advantage of that. Its when they don't do that and you have to get others to and from that things get hair.

you will do great mama! don't doubt yourself.
