You may know this already, but for those who don't, the name Daphne is in a greek myth that I love. The Greek God of sun and music, Apollo, was pursuing a forest nymph named Daphne. She did not want to marry him, so she begged for her father to change her form to help escape him. He turned her into a laurel tree, which Apollo spent his days tending to and used some of the leaves on his crown.

Sophia Lorelei

We don't use any of the same initials for our kids, and boys names are all biblical, so picking names this round will be tough.

Can I suggest Francis (a gender neutral name, believe it or not) or Isaac? I was going to suggest Lucas but I see you used "L" for Sophia. Either way, definitely a toughie! I hope I get to stick around and see what you come up with!

I we have an Isabella already... even though we don't use it. LOL Im weird with my "rules"

Girls names I don't have rules other than no same initial, so thats not as hard.

the kids were tossing around names after school. Apparently they think they are naming the baby.

Dang pregnancy brain! Sorry about that. It does really seem difficult though and wish you luck on it. About the kids and naming baby: I laughed so hard because it's so cute! Some of the things kids come up with, there's nothing left to do but sit back, listen and laugh.

I was sitting here seriously thinking of letting the kids name this baby. Of course it couldn't be crazy and it would be okayed by DH and I.... might be kinda neat.

I have a son named Jackson Matthew, not sure about this baby's name yet.

For boys we like Henry Joseph (Joseph is FIL's name) but girls we aren't sure. We both like Eleanor but I am not 100% on it. Some girl names I LOVE but DH doesn't are: Julia, Lillian, Rosalind, Addrienne.

I really love the name Henry, but my husband doesn't!

Oh, and I have a friend from JM who named her daughter Eleanor and calls her Ella. I think that's cute!
