A chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese from Panera
It was weird.
I can't eat cereal - I've thrown it up too much the past 5 weeks that they have absolutely no appeal to me right now.

You may be starving because you're eating all carbs, no fat, and no protein. Eat lots of protein and fat and you'll stay full longer.

I'm having egg crepes (4 eggs, 1/4c pumpkin puree, some cinnamon, mixed together and made like pancakes). They are my go-to low carb/high protein meal when I want pancakes, but without all the carbs.
