cheerios at 7. Then a banana at 830. Then i had graham crackers at 9. And i was DYING for lunch by 1030. I would really like to not be starving now. I'm already chubby enough, I don't need to eat eight times a day when I'm only 6 weeks. What will I be like at 6 months??
You may be starving because you're eating all carbs, no fat, and no protein. Eat lots of protein and fat and you'll stay full longer.
I'm having egg crepes (4 eggs, 1/4c pumpkin puree, some cinnamon, mixed together and made like pancakes). They are my go-to low carb/high protein meal when I want pancakes, but without all the carbs.
