Owwwww...so lately my butt has been hurting.
I think it's sciatica from falling down snowboarding too much a few years ago that's kicking back in because I've been lying down so much :/
I'm going to be trying to walk around a little more with sneakers (flats make it worse), but does anyone know anything else I can do to ease it?
