Anyone else a sufferer & really struggling right now?

I've been eating whatever I've felt like over the last couple of weeks, just to keep the nausea at bay, & have had two IBS attacks. The one this morning was absolutely dreadful. I ended up feeling weak, shaky, & dizzy. Not to mention it made the morning sickness WAY worse, & it held on for ages

I feel like I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, because I have to eat so that I don't feel sick, & nothing good & healthy appeals to me whatsoever

I've had one medium ish attack. So far anything else has been mild and brief. I am expecting it to bite me in the butt soon though because, like you, I've been eating crap. I can get away with eating junk, but I always can tell when it's getting too much and I stop. I'm definitely feeling like I'm on borrowed bowel time. I think the only thing that's kept it OK is that I haven't gone into constipation territory yet. I'm actually way more regular now, go figure. I think if that goes off one way or the other, I'm going to be totally screwed.

I've had some success with stuff like aloe vera juice in the past, but I haven't searched to see if it's OK. I'd assume so, but then again, it can really cleanse everything so I don't know...

You have my empathy Summer. The two attacks have been more than enough. I can't imagine what more than one a day is like
Really hoping that it settles down for you soon!

I have IBS and gallbladder disease (not the kind where they remove it it just malfunctions no attacks) and I have been experiencing issues with both. I had to stop taking one of my meds due to the pregnancy so that's prob why. I feel for you, it sucks!

I have IBS but it is a lot milder than it was when I was younger. I only occasionally get flare ups now. So far, this has been the most mild pregnancy in terms of IBS symptoms. I only get them in the beginning of my pregnancy though. What I have lacked in IBS symptoms I have gained in nausea and vomiting this pregnancy.

What sends me over the edge is eating too much or too little. I keep trying to just constantly nibble and that helps a lot.

I used to have IBS and got migraines frequently. Then I found out I had Celiac. Get off the grains and see how much better it'll make you feel!

I've had one flair up with really painful bloat, but I ate way too much wheat that day. I was doing really great with my IBS diet right before I got pregnant and then it all fell out the window once I started not feeling so good.
