I'm feeling better ( I swear it's the magnesium supplementation and digestive enzymes). no more morning sickness and I'm eating salmon (used to be vegan) and feeling better- I needed the fatty acids and protein -- I was so SICK of eating nothing but carbs. now I just want fish 24/7. I'm at 8 weeks 4 days today.. my energy level is slightly improved only because it has to be because I'm on my feet for 6 hours at work, and the blood flow/oxygen circulation gives me more energy-- but then when I get home I lay on the floor with pillows and blankets, change into yoga pants and read/laptop/write for like 4 hours.

Wow, I think I've had it so much easier than a lot of you! 8 weeks was pretty miserable - I had an insane hormone surge and was uncomfortable the entire time. But the past few days, things have changed a little - way less bloating, less burping/acid reflex (I haven't puked at all yet). I'm hoping it's a normal sign and not a bad one with all the bad news from others
