We talked about having an odd taste in your mouth. Do you ladies smell funny things, too? It's almost like this smell is stuck in my nose! It smells like a dirty gym bag I don't *think* it's me! I have smelled all over the house trying to pinpoint where it is coming from, but it is just.. all over. The kids say they don't smell anything. I'll ask DH when he gets home from work. YUCK.

Thank You, Pattyandthemoos, for my beautiful siggy!
I don't have it this time, but when I was pregnant with my first baby I couldn't even go into my house for about a month. I literally had to move in with my mom. My house had a smell to me that no one else could smell and every time I walked in I would puke. It was terrible.

Yep! Its making me nuts! I hate walking into my house... I am literally, and carefully, cleaning with bleach, because it seems like everything in the house smells old or musty.
Smells with me are off the charts...DH's best friend was over, and he went to Subway to get a sandwich. He sat down to eat and the smell was overwhelming!! He and DH sat there in shock with their mouths open when I sniffed at the air and literally told them everything that was on the sandwich, down to the type of cheese and sauce! I'm going crazy with smells!
I was able to smell food going bad 4+ days before anyone else. It wasn't a little rank either, it reeked.
A while ago, I went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of stuff, including a package of chicken sausage and some small bags of trail mix for my husband to take to work for snacks and lunch. It was a late shopping trip because I went after my kids were in bed, my feet hurt, things just kept going wrong, so when I got home I quickly put everything away and went straight to bed. The grocery bag that had the many bags of trail mix in it just got thrown on top of the fridge with our other snack foods. The next morning I went to make the sausage for breakfast and couldn't find it. I thought maybe I had decided against buying it in the end, sometimes I do that. A couple weeks went by, right around the time I got my BFP, and I kept telling DH that our kitchen smelled "rotten." No one else could smell anything, but I just always smelled this smell as if something had soured or gone bad. A couple of weeks ago, DH went to get another bag of trail mix, and he pulled out the package of sausage!!!! It had been put on the bottom of the bag of trail mix (gross! What was that packer thinking???) He still said he couldn't smell it though! It was in one of those vacuum packs, he said he didn't think the smell was getting through it. Yet I did not smell it the next day, after it had been out of our house and the air had a chance to clear! Isn't that a gross story? Moral: Check every single grocery bag thoroughly, even if you are positive of what is in there!
