Anyone else have experience with this? I have known about mine being tilted but never had a reason to freak out before. My baby is measuring over a week small and I have read that a tilted uterus can cause that. (Not that the baby is actually small, just appears so on the u/s). Since our loss at 28 weeks last May, I am very neurotic to say the least. Anytime things dont appear perfect, I am in full fledged worry mode.

I'm sorry for the loss of your little boy. I have a tilted uterus and I have had 4 babies and no doctor has ever mentioned anything else about it. The baby measured 10 days behind where it should be based on my LMP 3 weeks ago but the doctor never said it could be because of my uterus.
and just to add, my doctor was not worried about the baby measuring 10 days behind.
the u/s guy said that my uterus is tilted... but I've never been told that before by any gynecologist who has done an internal exam. the u/s tech was not an ob/gyn, just an u/s tech... so I'll wait for my midwife to tell me if it is or not.
Apparently after the 11-12th week the uterus comes more towards the front. The only complication is incarcerated uterus, where your uterus grows towards your spine and your intestines stay in front... that's no good, but it's VERY rare.
What i read is to lay on your stomach a lot!! sleep on it if possible, to encourage the ligaments towards the back of the uterus to relax and for the womb to come forward.
