On Friday, the nurse asked me if I exercised.

Between not feeling good and winter I just haven't been up for anything. We love, love, love taking walks when the weather is nice, we go everyday. We went to a couple parks over the weekend and did some mile walks. That was nice. Felt really good.

Since feeling better? I am still hit or miss with whether or not I'm not feeling awful. When I am having a good day I do what I can. I have a treadmill and some workout videos/indoor routines, so It's easy for me to get ten minutes here or there, a mile, some yoga, some squats, whatever sounds like it will feel okay. Our weather is still crappy, but this weekend was gorgeous! So we took the kids on a two mile walk to the library any back, and yesterday I ran 7.5 miles. There were a few points when I was chanting "don't throw up, don't throw up..." but when I was done and today I actually feel better than I did. Sometimes the fresh air and moving my body really help. And instead of being repulsed by food, I want to eat everything in sight. I think that is another thing that can hinder whether or not I exercise- if I can even eat to make up for the calories lost. Sometimes exercising doesn't feel so bad, but then I can't stomach anything to refuel during and after. I just kind of take it day by day according to how I feel.

Exercise? What's that? I was doing so well and then once I found out I was pg,I just kinda fell off the wagon...

I did just get a prenatal Pilates video that I'm planning on trying out in the near future.

Bahahahahahaha, no! I told DH I feel so weak just carrying my purse. After 2 months of sitting at a desk at work and then going home and climbing into bed and being waited on by my DH and kids, I have no energy or muscle tone.

Once I am feeling a lot better, I might try climbing on my elliptical in the garage or trying some of the pregnancy exercise videos I purchased.

I have felt bad that I'm only going to bootcamp 1-2 days a week. The trainer keeps telling me I can take breaks when I need...I think that pushes me more! A couple more weeks until I need to modify exercises so I'm not on my back, but it is mainly the warm-ups that we are on the floor. I've slowed down a little. I can make it through a 45 minute class without a problem, but I'm huffing and puffing after climbing 2 flights of stairs at work.
I'm hoping to get back to 3 classes a week since I'm sleeping better.

I haven't in a while but have been going for walks and that tires me out! It doesn't help that these walks are for gelato cones.

Walking only for now but I intend to get on the cardio machines soon and modify my 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones as well as Ripped In 30 dvds.
I had blood pressure issues with Finn and I want to do my best to try and avoid that with this one.

Haha! It's me, the one who wrote like 4 weeks ago that i sometimes get up at 4 am to do my elliptical. I havent been on it in about 2 weeks I'm slightly depressed lately, not sure why.

I walk everywhere so that's not a big deal for me. I DID however do squats like DH asked me to....ONCE! I've been so sick though that I've lost muscle tone and I get where he's coming from. He knows I'm super self concious about my weight/muscle tone. He just doesn't realize that I don't really care if I gain weight or get stretch marks or whatever happens during pregnancy. My body is supporting life. Every mark, bloat, pound I gain is an honor to be able to carry life. I'm just weird like that though. I have Anorexia Nervosa and Bulemia (As they say, once an addict, always an addict and YES this is an addiction) so getting to this point is a huge accomplishment for me. I honestly think I left that I used to be in love with ED (Eating disorders) out when we have conversations though. I don't want to be constantly monitored like I'm 2 again.
