Well, I had my 11 week appointment. I had to take all 3 of my babies with me for the first time. It was a very interesting experience. It took all of 2 minutes for my doctor to find baby's heartbeat and of corse, I cried when she did. It was 160 this time....Grandma's first Great-Granddaughter? I'm already so in love. She said that my spotting is expected with my SCH and she did not schedule an ultrasound to check on it as of yet. My blood pressure is elevated so they ordered lab work to be ran. I'll get it done at my next appointment on April 29th. I'll be 15 weeks then Time is flying by! I think my blood pressure was elevated because I lost another 9lbs and my children decided to collectively not listen at the same time right before I was weighed (they take my blood pressure after my weight.) That brings my total weight loss to 30lbs so far. I'm devestated about that. I only weigh 147lbs right now. DH is going to be so upset when I tell him Every time I lose weight and I find out about it, I cry. A lot of contributing factors as to why my bp was so high. I'm not that worried about it. Miracles DO happen though and she finally prescribed me 2 different anti-nausea meds to take. I went immediately to my pharmacy, got them filled, took one and got to eat! I'm not nauseous! I want to throw a party about that! So, now I finally have some hope that I can gain weight and everything will be okay. She DID assure me though that even women who have EDs and don't eat during pregnancy give birth to healthy children, they're just usually under weight. She told me I'd be surprised at how resilliant babies really are. Over all, I think I had a great appointment and can't wait for my next one!

OH! And I came up with an idea! I plan on trying to get the u/s tech to write down the gender when I find out, put it in an envelope, and then I can send it to DH. I really want him to be involved with this pregnancy even if he's over 400 miles away when he's on land and over 1000 miles away when he's out to sea. If everything goes according to my plan, I'll let him announce to me (first or else! lol I'm not very patient but I'll try for him) then he can announce to his mom and sister and whoever else he wants to. He was with me when we found out the gender of our son and had SO much fun telling our (his really but I totally share them because I have very little family of my own besides my children) family we were having my first boy. I want him to be able to announce to his Grandma, especially if we discover we're having her first great-granddaughter, which will be her namesake. It can certainly take it's time getting here, but I'm very excited to go to the anatomy scan!
Thanks for reading

Funny, I never have blood pressure issues but the one appt I brought my kids to in my last pregnancy it was high. They got worried and I pointed to the kids and said "it's not me, it's them!"

Yay for eating! I'm glad your doctor was reassuring about your health, though. No more stress, you hear!?

Your plan for gender reveal is so sweet. That's like some Hallmark make me cry stuff. Love it!
