As much as I LOVE shopping for baby stuff, I'm probably going to wait a few more months to do it. As crazy as this sounds, I'm still scared to buy stuff because I can't even think of what I'd do surrounded with all of it if something bad were to happen...Probably just my anxiety disorder talking here. :/

This how I feel too. I have bought maybe two things, DH has bought things or people have given us things. I look and look but cant buy anything big or onesies, I always end up putting them back.

A few little bits & pieces here & there, but only second hand. In reality we don't really need anything for this bub. So when we know the gender we'll pick up some gender specific stuff new just because we can

DD bought baby a lovie--she wanted to buy something for baby.
I got the nursing pillow that was free except for shipping while TTC. It is ok, but won't replace my boppy pillow. It isn't very firm. I let DD have it.
I bought some fabric to make swaddlers, but it is gender neutral. I have one newborn cloth diaper almost done, but those will be gender neutral.
I will buy more once we know the gender--I will start buying clothes for next year when they are on clearance from this year. Even if it is girl, DD's clothes are the wrong seasons, with the exception of a couple newborn outfits.

No! Most days I forget I'm even pregnant. All I'll really need is a carseat and we won't get that until much closer to October. We aren't finding out the gender, so nothing much else I can get. I have everything else I could need, except diapers/wipes. We will probably start buying those after my level 2 u/s. We usually buy a pack of NB/1/2/3 every time we go to the store that way when baby comes, I don't run out.

I am itching to buy stuff. Ive made many trips to BuyBuyBaby to look at stroller systems and other things and know what I want, but will wait for the tax free weekend this summer. We know it is a boy so it makes it easier...
