I do have trouble sleeping, but it's gotten a little better with a pregnancy pillow - that takes care of the physical comfort anyway...

Are you physically uncomfortable, so you're tossing and turning, or is your mind in overdrive while it's supposed to be at rest?

I sleep well the first 4-5 hours, and then my sleeping pill wears off. It takes me a while to get back to sleep, and then my 14 month old wakes me up way to early. No matter how tired I am, this is how it happens every night.

I 'm not uncomfortable, I just dont sleep well. I've heard that progesterone in pregnancy can cause it.

I have no problem falling asleep but as soon as one of the kids wakes me up I'm up forever. I can't fall back to sleep for the life of me. Last night I fell back asleep about half an hour before my alarm went off which was about 10 minutes after my son joined me in bed.

Not sleeping well lately. I'm having a hard time getting comfy, I'm having strange dreams, and both of my kids, who usually sleep through the night have been waking up for various reasons.

It's driving me nuts. I need to be sleeping now! I know come October I will kiss sleep goodbye.

Not well here either. It's not that I can't get comfortable, I'm super comfy, I just don't sleep long. I always wake up before my alarm and can't fall back asleep.

I can't even take naps in the afternoon despite being exhausted. I feel worse when I get up because it's not that deep sleep, just the shallow annoying kinda sleep.

Oh and the dreams. Yeah. That last Walking Dead episode did me in Sunday night.

I am the same. I fall asleep fine and then wake up to go pee around 3:00 and I am up for two hours!

If I don't put a pillow between my legs I can't sleep. It has to either be behind my knees if I'm on my back, with another small one on one side, or between my legs from my knees to my ankles if I'm on my side. I'm miserable without one.

Fabulous! My pregnancy pillow had made a huge difference. Even if I am up posting more than once, I at least gallon back asleep unlike before I got my pillow.

I haven't had any problems really. I do have lots of very vivid dreams though.

I posted yesterday about dreams but last night was awful!! Nightmares and trouble sleeping galore. I am feeling really down today because of it. I don't know if a pregnancy pillow will solve my dream problem

Falling asleep is not the problem, its when I have to get up to use the potty and trying to fall back to sleep that becomes the problem

I'm fine falling asleep first as well, but I swear I'm up 6-7 times a NIGHT to use the washroom. Then I have to get up to get drinks I'm always so thirsty. Then most nights I'm dreaming all night so i wake feeling as if I didn't sleep a wink!
