Did you gender sway with this pregnancy? If so which gender were you hoping to get?

We swayed for a girl.....I DTD 5/6 days before ovulation, we both took supplements & we both did a low sodium/high calcium diet...hopefully it worked because DH ended up with a few kidney stones from calcium build up & we think it came from the calcium pills and high calcium food we were eating

We didn't because this was a surprise pregnancy, but we are hoping for a girl.

No we didn't sway. We tried to time it to the day of ovulation for a boy, but the first three cycles were a bust and we gave up trying to sway. We got the BFP on cycle 5 and we dtd a few days before to on the the day of ovulation. Hoping for a boy although my NT scan tech said girl

We didn't, because this was our first cycle of trying and honestly didn't expect it to "take" on the first go-round. That, plus I have no clue when I actually ovulated, so it wouldn't have done us any good to try to plan one way or the other! We are hoping for a boy, but will be THRILLED with a little girl too! We're just happy we're having a baby!

DH says it better be a boy and apparently he was swaying for that way, I don't really mind either way and was just enjoying the moment. I already feel blessed that I'm even pregnant considering the diagnonsense we got in December.

Technically we did, but not necessarily on purpose. DH was in school when I got preggo and I only saw him on weekends.. So that's the only chance we had to DTD. I actually thought we missed our chance because I didn't get a + OPK until 3 days later.

This pregnancy is completely opposite of my pregnancy with DS and I've felt girl the entire time. We will see in May!

Nope! Baby was a surprise.

But if we had been actively TTC, we wouldn't have swayed. We have one of each and don't have any preference for #3.

We were TTC, but we didn't sway. I just wanted a bfp no matter what it took lol.

Definitely agree with you on that one, at least from my perspective.

i didnt try anything, this was a complete surprise. of course either one would be great. a boy would be easy and my son really wants a little brother so i was kinda hoping for that at first. but i think the father would just fall in love with a little girl. he's such a sweetheart to me, i know he would be to her too.

This is our first go around at all things baby, so no swaying, just a lot of frustration at all the bfn's until we got our BFP! Initially I thought this would be a boy, now I'm convinced it's a girl.
