TMI.. but I was out grocery shopping with DH and DS. DH allowed our son to get a package of Pop Rocks, and was holding on to them while sitting in the cart. I had to use the bathroom, but DH had just left us to go himself. I figured I would wait until he got back. Well DS drops his candy on the floor, and as I bent down to pick them up, I totally peed, just a tiny bit. LOL After standing straight up,wide eyed, I hauled butt to the restroom to clean up. I met DH on the way there, and he looked worried when he saw my face. After leaving the restroom, DH asked what was wrong. I whispered to him what happened, and he burst out laughing. After a good slap on the arm, we hurriedly checked out and I went home to change. Needless to say I will be wearing panty liners from now on.

Pregnancy is officially "here". LOL. I hope you guys were able to get a laugh and will be able to laugh when this happens to you.

ok, really, I'm sorry though! But that is hilarious! Not long after the induction for the baby we lost in December I sneezed and peed a little. I totally laughed and so did DH! Oh man..... I felt so old! Thankfully I haven't had that problem since.

Mindy, I have come so close to peeing when I sneeze but have so far held it in. No more bending over with a full bladder. lol. It was pretty funny. I didn't feel too bad, we live in a military town so I'm absolutely surrounded by pregnant women, so I bet they would understand!

I feel like I'm getting older too, with DS 6 years ago, once my HG subsided, man, I had so much energy! Nothing phased me. Now, its hard to get too much exercise and I'm constantly exhausted. Now I have nosebleeds and I'm peeing myself. Good lord.

Kegels!

I've totally done that. One time, and I was still quite young, I guess I had a full bladder and I was playing on a trampoline. So much came out, I'm sure someone noticed the spot.

*sigh*

More recently though: so far so good. I'm in a lot better shape than I used to be, and am much stronger. I hope this means I'll get through most of it without any problems, but I'm emotionally preparing myself either way, heh.

Anyway good on you for 'fessing up - it helps the shy-types know they're not alone!

We've gotten a little lazy with our Kegel bump thread, haven't we?

I'm sure it'll happen to me. I'm so used to being able to go long stretches that I'll push it. I'm glad y'all could laugh about it.

I totally do that all the time. Thankfully it's never enough that it ever shows though, plus you can wear panty liners just in case. I just can't do the kegals, but I'm sure that would help if I did.

What I don't understand is that I do kegels and pushed both my kids out in about 5 minutes, so i have no issues there. It's just since having kids, my bladder leaks with certain issues. My mom has to cross her legs when she sneezes so I am thinking it is hereditary post childbirth? I don't know.

All I do know, is when i sneeze, it's just a drop or two (TMI) but when I was throwing up, even if I had peed right before, I would full on pee myself. I was so worried I would barf at work and have to run to my car and leave work. I even kept a pair of pant in my car after a while just in case, lol.

Oh the joys of pregnancy and motherhood!

I'm not even going to go into some of my "fun" IBS experiences, lol!

I've had leaks when I was dealing with M/S too. Like I'd have to change everything - underwear & pants I am not too worriedthough as this has happened only during pregnancy.
