What are you taking and do you have any side effects? I have been taking Zofran for at least 2 months now and have been having dull headaches quite often. I take the Zofran around the clock so I was never really able to put two and two together until I mentioned it to my pharmacist. He said that Zofran triggers the brains receptors, which can cause a dull headache. My sickness is becoming less frequent, but there are times that I still really need to take medicine to make it through the day. If anyone is having a good experience taking something else I would love to hear about it. I have an appointment at the beginning of May and am going to bring it up then as well.

I mostly experienced a cloudiness to my thinking. Sometimes I've gotten migraine type headaches but I think they might be hormone or dehydration related. Maybe you could change your dosage?

My big zofran problem is in the bathroom!

I'm on Zofran as well. My doctor did give me another script to help with headaches because I suffered from migraines even before I got pregnant. It's a class C though, so I'm only to take it if I don't have another choice. Before that I'll try ice in my head, regular Tylenol and maybe something to relax. I have at times taken regular strength Tylenol at be same time as the Zofran and that seemed to help. Not always, but I guess it's a trade I'm willing to deal with right now.

I take zofran and have tried to wean off. I can take it about every other day until last night when I hit 16 weeks and my body decided it hated everything I ate blech.
I just get constipated with it, but I have been getting hormone/sinus/allergy headaches lately

I'm taking Diclectin (spelling?) When I first started it, it made me a little tired, but that's about it.

Zofran and compazine here. I get severe constipation. I'm also on colace now and have other meds just in case the constipation gets to the point it was at last week. Sheesh! That was awful. I also have IBS, Spastic stomach and spastic colon. I'm kind of used to my digestive tract acting up and driving me batty.

Im on Zofran and when they increased my dosage from 4 to 8, I had headaches, so I take 4mg twice a day instead. I hate the Zofran because of the constipation too!

Also maybe the rapid dissolve Zofran might work better for you? For the headaches at least I've taken them both and I hate to say it but I prefer the rapid dissolve because they work so much quicker!
I just realized this when I saw they gave me the rapid dissolve today.

I was getting bad headaches and really thought it was the Zofran, they were turning into migraines over the last two weeks. After 9 weeks of morning sickness that was getting worse and worse now I'm set up with a mid-line and get IV fluids at home daily and will for the next week. I've realized it wasn't the Zofran causing the headaches at all, it was dehydration. I was convinced it was Zofran but now that I'm getting fully hydrated and back on Zofran the headaches are gone. I didnt realize being dehydrated could cause such a nasty headache. Could be something to consider.
