Ok they are not related...first my baby is the size of an avocado! Along with the other ladies who are 16 weeks today, our babies can begin to hear outside the womb this week and their eyes are beginning to work and move from side to side. Exciting stuff!

Also- I am having really painful Round Ligament Pain and was wondering if anyone knew of any remedies. My mom said she got it bad with me also and even went to the ER for it. Yikes! It doesn't just hurt when I get up fast or sneeze its starting to ache all the time.

Anyone else? Or is this cause for concern?

Yay! I read about the baby hearing outside the womb too, so exciting!!

I'm not sure what you can do to help the RLP though, I get it sometimes even when barely moving, doesn't seem too last TOO long though.

Thanks! I'll try the heating pad and if it continues I'll take a Tylenol.

Wear loose pants or pants that aren't constricting helps a lot. I ditto the heating pad, but be careful with that.

I understand the pains.... never heard of much you can do about it other than a maternity belt thing. I had one with my first pregnancy but it was more uncomfy than the pains.
