I had a 24 hour bug over the weekend. I was pretty much fine on Monday and had my first real food (hamburger) on Monday night. Felt great yesterday until after lunch where I had a little orange sherbet. Then had Turkey meatballs and some quinoa around 7:30. Felt awful and wanted to throw up. Found if I propped my head up on the pillow more I felt better. I took a Tums and that didn't help much. Felt better this morning until I had a little dry cereal then felt kind of bad again.
I've never had this type of issue. Not sure if it is pg related or residual from my tummy bug. If it continues, any suggestions on how to decrease symptoms? I normally have an iron stomach.
It doesn't taste good, but if I get heartburn or indigestion I take a few tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar in a mug of water. Tastes like salad dressing going down, but its natural and really helps!!
