I run around like I'm 10 again with my kiddos: freeze tag, hide and go seek, chase the ball games, etc. I self talk a lot. I do something for myself regardless of what anyone thinks about it, spur of the moment, and it helps.

sometimes a nice good coffee!

I wished so bad I had a close friend to vent to and hang with when I am out. my BFF growing up lives in chicago though.
