I have had this happen twice now. Once with my last pregnancy and now once with this one. 2 different people though.
I have a guy friend at work. I wouldn't really call him a friend. Basically if we see each other in the hall we will say hi and have very minimal chit chat and go on our way.
He overheard me talking to another friend at work a few weeks ago and I was telling her that I am pregnant and due in October. Well this guy jokingly asks me if the baby is his once the other girl walks away. WTheck!!!! I just gave him a look and said, that would be kind of hard to do wouldn't it? Now I know he was just joking, but if anyone else would have heard him they could have gotten the totally wrong idea. Especially since this guy is single, but everyone knows I am married. It wasn't cool at all.
Kinda of the same thing last pregnancy but with a different guy here at work. He used to always ask me how OUR baby was doing? Um not your baby dude!!!!
I just find those kind of comments in the work place kinda rude.

I'm just conservative enough to have already reported that. What the heck? How is the suggestion that you're having sex with some coworker and now he's a baby daddy not some kind of harassment? If it's not, they can coach him, and he will know just how inappropriate it is.
