Definitely not abs at this point - anybody else's belly very hard a lot? Today especially the kid feels like it's trying to escape and is pressing pretty hard against the front of my abdomen. It is hard as a rock! I keep trying to coax it back or something but he's not having it.

Mine gets hard too, only in my lower abdomen and usually in the late evenings! I imagine though that the bellies will all start getting pretty hard here in a few weeks! Pretty sure that's just pregnant lady problems

Throughout the day mine changes a lot...sometimes hard sometimes super gooey! Eating a lot and standing a lot seems to make it hard.

Mine gets hard now too. It can be Braxton hicks- they are just belly tightening, hence why your tummy would be hard. For me they don't feel like contractions necessary, just a noticeably hard stomach. I do think its time when our bellies are just changing. I would say mine is no longer the jiggly jello belly it has been in the initial pregnancy phase.

Totally tmi but does anyone else's uterus get rock hard and protude after DTD? Mine totally does, it's weird!

Mine is pretty big and hard. I look like I'm only a couple months away from delivery. =P I always think it might be soft because I start out with extra weight, but it never fails to get as big and hard as a guy's beer gut.

Sounds like it could be Braxton Hicks. Because the uterus contracts around the baby it is often mistaken for the baby stretching out it's legs hard.

Mine is the hardest in the mornings and evenings, pretty consistently. I can always feel where she is, so I love it!
