I got them with my daughter later into my pregnancy but this time everything seems to be happening sooner. I was woke up from a sound sleep with excruciating pain from these stupid leg cramps (specifically in my calf). I drink 3-16 oz bottles of water at work and more when I get home. I was to luck out and not get them but I guess I wasn't so lucky!
Anybody else getting them?

I haven't so far, but I take a magnesium supplement every day. I think otherwise I would be getting them. I take them for RLS (restless leg syndrome) and have been for a few years now. My OB said it was fine to keep taking them.

no but my plantars efacitis (sp?) is being really horrible, and I totally think it is the same cause.
You know when you stretch your leg for those cramps to bring your toes upward instead of downward right? downward is killer and makes them worse for whatever reason.. I keep telling myself 'toes to nose' cause I know any day now I will start getting them.
