I have been doing some research on this tea, and I guess it's been known to shorten the "pushing" process of labor if you drink it in your last month of pregnancy. It strengthens the uterus or something like that.
Has any BTDT moms taken this and had good experiences? Or any new moms looking into it?
heard of it, tried it, but had a c-section so I can't tell you if it did the job... however EVERY woman should be drinking that stuff. It really does strengthen your uterine muscles, regulates your cycles (when not pregnant) and can help prevent uterine cancer... it also helps women who are going through menopause. It is GREAT stuff.
My sister had to drink it for awhile when she was a teenager to regulate her cycles, the only option the doctor was giving was to go on bcp, and mom didn't like that so she had to drink the tea and it worked.
I've been drinking some, it isn't good to drink too much early on, but you can start now safely, and pretty much have as much as you want.
Oh.. one thing to remember is that the tea should have the 'red raspberry leaf' in the ingredients, that is the part that makes the difference.
