So today I went on a day trip with my family who I'm living with. It was an all day thing and as soon as I left the house my brain goes
"Did you turn off your flat iron?"
And ALL day for at least 5 hours I had to keep reminding myself that I DID in fact turn it off and to not worry about it.
This is not the first occurrence of course, but it was the biggest annoyance of my day. A lot of little things get forgotten, but thankfully nothing big (like on tests for school!)
Excuse me if my typing is bad There's probably a baby in my arms.
I feel that way too. preggo brain is horrible. I'm normally the one to pay attention to our surroundings, know where north is all the time, and how to get EVERYWHERE, even if I've only got a semi good idea of where I'm going.. but now I can't remember anything and driving is horrible. I drove the same route on the way to my parents cabin as I did coming back, but there was a section of a town that I totally didn't remember AT ALL... and for like 3-4 miles I was convinced the GPS was taking us a different route than I went on the way to the cabin. Eventually I saw something familiar and it was ok, but it took me a long time.
