What type of bottles will y'all use? I wanted to have more than one brand just in case I can't breastfeed and he doesn't like the bottles I have...

We got the Medela but also totally new to this whole breast feeding thing. I'm curious what BTDT moms have used.

With both boys we used Breastflow bottles; they both had no problems going between breast and bottle: The First Years Breastflow BPA Free Bottle - 5 oz - Best Price

This time around we bought a TommyTippee to try after a bunch of recommendations: Tommee Tippee Bottle - 5 oz - Best Price

Around 4-6 months we started using Playtex Drop-ins: Playtex Drop-Ins Premium Designer Nurser - 4 oz - 3 Pk - Best Price

I have heard good things about the Medela ones, but they are too expensive for us, so we probably won't ever try: Medela Calma Breastmilk Feeding Bottle Base & Nipple Set - 5 oz

We have a few Dr Browns, DS took them fine on the few occasions he used a bottle so hopefully this LO will be okay with it.

I breastfeed, but still pump and give a bottle occasionally.
The only bottles my kids would take was the Playtex nurser.
I bought 2 of those and a couple Dr. Browns.

We bought 8 comotomo bottles and love them!

With my first we used dr browns and looking back, I really regret that. It was so hard to clean the little straw things and was not user friendly.

With my second we used the avent bottles and I liked those a lot. So much easier to clean.

This time we went with comotomo because they are similar to breast and they are just awesome. But, we haven't used them yet, so who knows how we will feel in reality when baby starts using them. They got great reviews though. My second choice would probably be going back to avent or getting the lifefactory glass/silicone covered bottles.

I've used avent bottles with both my kids, the older ones tend to leak when shaken. I am going to try to bf longer with this one than on the last two, but im also thinking about exclusively pumping after we come home from the hospital, so I can start stashing away!!!

I havent bought bottles, so I haven't a clue.

I want to try to pump this time around and try some bottles maybe so I should probably look into that.

With DD we used the playtex drop ins when she was given bottles, and will go that route with this baby.

I used the playtex drop ins with my last baby, but I didn't breastfeed. This time I'm hoping to breastfeed, so I'm not sure if I should buy bottles ahead of time or not!?

We did too, and I loved them. My girls did too I guess lol. With my boys I tried Dr. Browns for our reflux guy, and Avent for our other guy. Both tended to leak, but worked just fine.

We'll be going Playtex dropins this time too!

I thinking of going with Advent ones. I only have very limited experience with bottle though. This will be the first baby we try the whole breastpump/bottle thing. But I did watch a baby last fall and they used drop ins which I like too.

I used the ventaire before too, but that was quite a few years ago. We are going to try the avent and the similac brands this time.
