I worked out today on the elliptical and treadmill. Didn't over do it, nothing is sore or hurting, no bleeding, but man do I feel so much better!

I'm jealous. I am almost the same amount of days pp as you and if I just take the garbage out or lug a load of laundry downstairs I start bleeding more and am in pain. I def need more time to heal, unfortunately. How long did you do it for?

I haven't even had the baby yet and I can't wait to start working out again haha... I didn't keep up with it enough to be working out right now while I'm waiting for her to arrive...

About 30 minutes. I too would start bleeding again if I over did anything physical, but it stopped about 2 days ago. It was getting really frustrating.

Ooh, maybe I'll try it. I feel awesome for the most part (felt horrible when I was pregnant) & think that would make me feel even better. I did the elliptical when I went overdue hoping it would start something....it didn't. But I felt great while I was able to do it the whole 10 min!

I wish I had an elliptical to get on, or anything really. My friend and I went jogging about a week ago, but little one really did not like the stroller. We'll give it a go when he's a bit older.

That's great! I'm a runner and haven't been able to do anything in months. I'm hoping to get my clearance in 4 weeks time!

Every time I take a walk (even for 10 mins) I start bleeding again. Frustrating.

I walked to Walgreens (not too far) with baby in the Moby yesterday. It was so tiring!! My personal trainer said walks and whatnot were probably fine, just definitely no crunches or overdoing it
