Two days ago Lily was fussy and slightly feverish, 99.4ish. I checked her mouth to see if she was teething. I checked. There were no teeth. Zero. None. Aaaaall gums.

Yesterday, I poke my finger in, and there are two teeth. Quite suddenly, teeth.

Then today.

TWO MORE.

She had just two yesterday! She had none the day before that! Now she has FOUR! I'm scared to go to bed and wake up tomorrow. She'll be talking to me, I'm sure! Probably not far off. She learned a word to go with the constant 'Mom!'

Up.

"Mum! Up! Muuuum! MUM! UP!"

That's what Logan did, so many at once. He's taken a break now, but I expect we'll see more soon and several at once. He's got two uppers now, he looks like a little vampire.

Yowzers! That's a lot of teeth! My kid is just forever going to gum things. I'm certain he doesn't actually have teeth in there.

And last night.....TWO MORE!

.....in my two year old. Some of her back molars just started to poke through. That explains her sleep patterns lately. My oldest is starting to lose the milk teeth so literally every child in my house is teething!

Wow! I thought we were fast by having 4 by 8 months (and two more on the way), but that's been over 2 1/2 months not 2 1/2 days!

I blame that teething necklace. didn't have it for the other two, and we've had one on Lily for months now. We didn't know about pain management, but we definitely saw a difference in how much she was drooling. We were having to change her a couple times a day or put bibs on her till that necklace came. After we put it on her, the drooling literally vanished.

But I guess it is pretty awesome for pain because our neurotypical girl is a lot more vocal about her teeth. We almost had no clue. Just a fever and a smidge fussier than usual. Amber beads are tiny little miracles.
